Event : Celebrity Chef Challenge, Charity - Raffle Tickets, Great food at Topper’s
Clothilde 23 May 2017A group of celebrity chefs aboard the Oasis of the Seas, that will be coming to St. Maarten/St. Martin on Wednesday, May 24th, will take part in a fun BBQ Challenge all for a good cause.
The owner of Southern Sailings travel agency organizes fun foodie theme cruises (check the website) and for this cruise that stops in St. Maarten Topper’s Restaurant & Bar will be hosting an event for them at the restaurant in Simpson Bay.
The celebrity chefs will do a cooking demonstration using “Big Green Egg” and “Kamada Joe” ceramic grills. There will also be a competition amongst the chefs using Topper’s Rhum as the featured ingredient. There will be a raffle giving you a chance to win a Large Ceramic Grill. The raffle tickets are $10 and part of the proceeds will go to the Rotary Club of St. Maarten. The competition starts at 11:00am; the price is $39 for all you can eat chicken, ribs, rice and peas, fried plantain and Caribbean vegetables; food will be served between12noon and 2:00pm
