Spirotherapy, a breathing technique for better digestion

Conceived by Samuel Ganes in 2015, spirotherapy is based on the philosophy of pranayama, yoga breathing techniques.
This practice consists of a set of breathing and cardiac coherence techniques to improve digestion and sleep, combat stress, etc. Controlled, conscious breathing is very beneficial, simple and accessible to everyone, which is not the case for all yoga postures or even meditation. Take advantage of the end of the year to learn more about this practice, which you can do anywhere, anytime, to do yourself some good!
