- 185 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon moringa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- l 200 ml milk
- l 50 g melted butter
Mix together the milk, eggs, maple syrup and melted butter. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, moringa powder and pinch of salt. Make a well in the centre and gradually add the liquid mixture, stirring to avoid lumps. Cook your pancakes over medium heat in a frying pan. Enjoy with a drizzle of maple syrup, butter or honey.
