Saint-Barthélemy: Airport restaurant – call for applications

The Collectivité intends to award a contract to an operator for the management and running of the restaurant at Rémy De Haenen Airport for a period of seven and a half years (from 1 December 2026 to 31 May 2034). The operator, under a licence to occupy public land, will be authorised to operate premises measuring 121.5 m² situated on the upper floor of the Saint-Jean terminal. The context and conditions for the occupation of public land are set out in detail in the occupation agreement, which serves as the tender specifications, appended to the tender documents.
