Shindokai karate: more medals for Saint Martin

By winning the French Minime Shindokai Karate Championship title for the fourth consecutive year, Rachelshie Hodge has achieved a first at national level. Once again, she dominated her matches at the French Championships on 21 March in Nice, winning easily, particularly in the final. Medji El Macin, the reigning French champion, finished this year in second place in the senior category. The fighters from Caribbean Karate Oyama once again put in fine performances, to great applause from the crowd, demonstrating that the young athletes from Saint Martin are now a force to be reckoned with.
