Saint Martin wins the Sisters Islands Basketball Tournament

This weekend, Saint Martin’s U18 team won the first edition of the Sisters Islands Basketball Tournament. They secured a home victory against the United States with a final score of 33–30. Players Shafari Francillette, who now lives in Marseille, and Kyvan Richardson, who plays for a team in the United States, returned to Saint Martin to take part in the tournament. Their presence was a huge boost to the island’s club players, and their teamwork put on a great show for the crowd who had come to cheer on the basketball players.
