At the 2nd Autosur Cycling Grand Prix, organised by the Marigot Sports Association (ASM) on 14 June between Baie Nettlé and Les Terres Basses, the performance of the ‘Baby Vélo’ section attracted a great deal of attention. Luca Toma and Ethan Armongon, both from the ASM, and Meissa Rousseau from Guadeloupe’s Rayon d’Argent club are already budding champions and took the race very seriously, just like the older riders.  In the older age groups, the race was dominated by the ‘Wheels on Fire’ club from Anguilla, which secured four first places in the boys’ categories:  Raziik Webster in the U7s, Z’khari Lake Panchoo in the U11s, Makhai Hodge in the U13s and Drea Hodge in the U15s. Layann Govindin from Guadeloupe won the U9s, whilst Asthan Benitez from Saint Martin won the U17s. The organising club, however, put in a strong performance, taking second and third places in most of the boys’ categories and winning the girls’ event: Ruby Limol finished first ahead of Séléna Tanda (U13).
