Saint-Barthélemy: Micheline Jacques re-elected as senator

The outgoing senator, Micheline Jacques, was re-elected in the first round of voting on Sunday 27 September, securing 13 of the 21 electors’ votes. Maxime Desouches (DVC) received 5 votes, and Benoît Chauvin (DVC) 1 vote. Two ballot papers were declared invalid. The LR senator is a member of the Saint-Barth d’Abord group (led by Xavier Lédée) and her deputy is Jérémy Laplace.
