Women entrepreneurs: leveraging sisterhood

The Women Entrepreneurs Delegation of Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy has placed 2026 under the banner of commitment, community and women's economic development.

Designed to adapt to the realities and professional constraints of women leaders and entrepreneurs in the region, the 2026 programme offers a variety of formats, from after-work events at the end of the day to morning or lunchtime discussions, interactive online seminars and the renewal of the "Marraine du Possible" (Mentor of Possibility) scheme, in partnership with France Travail.
Being a female business leader or manager today is both an achievement and a challenge. The FCE delegation therefore aims to respond to this challenge by offering a structured and supportive network, continuous skills development, opportunities for collaboration, enhanced institutional visibility and the ability to influence local economic issues. The ambition is to create spaces where women leaders can meet, develop their businesses, pool their resources and take concrete action for the region.
Any woman engaged in a professional activity (leaders, self-employed women, craftswomen, association managers, executives or project leaders) can join FCE and actively contribute to the delegation's actions (presidente971.st-martin@fcefrance.fr).
Those who wish to support the initiative can also become FCE Insiders by making a donation, thereby contributing to the development of local initiatives.
