Good news for book lovers! The editorial team is teaming up with Marigot’s Tiny Lib’ to showcase, each month, the book chosen by the library’s volunteers and readers.

For this first instalment of ‘Book of the Month’, Tiny Lib’ has chosen a title that tackles the big questions head-on: *Body, Love and Sexuality: The 100 Questions Children Will Ask You*, by Charline Vermont. A playful book, designed for 5–12-year-olds, but which is just as relevant for adults. For the book possesses a rare quality: it opens up dialogue on complex subjects using simple, accurate language accessible to all ages. “Can a boy cry?”, “What does it mean to be in love?”… these are just some of the questions children ask, and which can sometimes be difficult to answer. “A book that helps break down taboos and encourages conversation using language that speaks to all ages,” sums up Sabrina Charville, chair of the Coffee and Soda Biscuits association. All you need to do is pop down to Rue de la Liberté in Marigot to pick up a copy at Tiny Lib’.
