The doggy corner

A wonderful initiative by the Saint-Barth Animal Action charity, which is organising a donation drive this Saturday, 11 April, to help the dogs and cats on their island, as well as those in Saint-Martin. From 8am to 6pm in the Pati car park in Saint-Jean, they will be collecting dry and wet food, as well as grooming products, leads, collars and more. “I Love my Island Dog” would like to extend its heartfelt thanks for this much-needed help!

The next round of stray dog round-ups on public roads will take place from Monday 13 April to Tuesday 28 April. Dog owners are urged to be vigilant and not to let their dogs roam freely in the streets. Information: Department of Ecological Transition on 05 90 87 50 04 or 06 90 88 69 29.
