The Saint Martin flag: there’s still time to take part!
The competition to design the flag of Saint Martin is entering its final stages. There are less than 15 days left to submit your design, with the deadline for entries set for midday on 30 September.
Open to professionals and amateurs alike, whether residents of the territory or members of the diaspora, the competition is open to anyone who wishes to contribute to the design of our flag. To apply, your application must include: a design of the flag, a copy of a valid ID document, a statement of intent, a description of the creative process with sketches, and the signed application form. Applications may be submitted online (www.mysaintmartinflag.com) or by post in a sealed envelope, marked ‘Saint-Martin Flag Competition – Do not open’, to the Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Collectivité de Saint-Martin, Baie de la Potence, Saint-Martin Port Authority building, Galisbay.
