Kite Festival: a moment suspended in the sky

The children from the Caisse Territoriale des Œuvres Scolaires (CTOS) after-school clubs are back again this year with their kite festival.
This Friday, 10 April, from 9am to 11am, they will be in the Galisbay car park for a morning dedicated to creativity and the joy of watching their little kites fly.
Beginners can take part in the kite-making workshop on the day. A lovely spectacle not to be missed by the public.
