Tristan Schunke & Markey Archibald win medals at the Sint Maarten Boxing Gala

On Saturday 25 July, the ‘Test Your Skills Boxing Event’ took place at the LB Scott Sports Auditorium in Philipsburg, organised by the Sint Maarten Boxing Federation.
Several boxers, ranging from promising young talents to established athletes, competed in this regional tournament. The event brought together boxers from Grenada, Curaçao and Trinidad and Tobago, amongst others. Two of the winners were from Saint Martin. Tristan Schunke, from the Sandy Ground Super Stars Boxing Association, won the over-75 kg category. Markey Archibald, from the Orléans Boxing Club, claimed victory in the under-75 kg category.
