Soccer 5 SXM launches its first ‘World Cup’

On Friday 24 and Saturday 25 July, Soccer 5 SXM will host the first edition of the ‘Soccer 5 World Cup’, a five-a-side football tournament in which each team will represent a different nation. Limited to 10 teams, the competition will kick off on Friday at 6.00 pm with the group stages, which will continue on Saturday from 5.00 pm before giving way to the play-offs and the final stages. The competition will conclude with a grand final to crown the first Soccer 5 world champion. Registration is now open at a fee of €20 per person.
