On Sunday 17 May, French and Dutch runners competed in the ‘BDO Half-Marathon’, which started in Port-de-Plaisance. In the 5 km race, Raydon Mozard won in 19 minutes 23 seconds, ahead of Maarten Hekman, who finished second in 20 minutes 09 seconds, and Risto Chalkov, who came third in 20 minutes 17 seconds. In the 10 km race, Matthieu Chassaigne tied for first place with Florian Mirapel in 43 minutes 26 seconds, followed by Stephen Seymour in third place in 45 minutes 17 seconds. In the 7.5 km walk, Kenroy Jeffrey took first place in 49 minutes 50 seconds, ahead of Anne Jacques in 50 minutes 08 seconds and Pete Pizzolatto in 50 minutes 22 seconds. Finally, in the event’s flagship race, the half-marathon, Gabriel Pertusot won in 1 hour 22 minutes 31 seconds. Vincent Roucaute finished second in 1 hour 25 minutes 44 seconds, whilst Luca Ferrari completed the podium in 1 hour 30 minutes 02 seconds.
