Longe-Côte: free taster session

The sport is becoming increasingly popular and is growing in popularity… for anyone keen to give it a go, the Club Friendly Longe-Côte is offering an introductory session this Saturday, 4 July at 9.30 am at Petite Plage in Grand Case. The session is free and open to everyone (aged 15 and over), whether you’re fit or not. To take part, simply bring a pair of shoes suitable for walking in the water and a bottle of water. As places are limited, you must book in advance by calling 06 90 54 06 06.
