French Football Cup: kick-off for the regional teams
Four teams are currently in the running, all with a single aim: to secure a place in the third regional round of the French Football Cup
FC Concordia, St Louis Stars, AS Juniors Stars and Woolado. The matches began on 22 August at the Thelbert Carti Stadium in Quartier d’Orléans and will continue until 2 September. At the end of the tournament, a league table will be drawn up based on the number of points earned (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a defeat). The top two teams in the table will face each other in the territorial final, scheduled for 5 September at 6.30 pm. The winner of this final will represent Saint Martin in the third regional round of the Coupe de France, which will take place in Guadeloupe on 13 September. The public is invited to come and support the teams. The next matches will take place on Saturday 29 August at 6.30 pm (St Louis Stars v Woolado), on Sunday 30 August at 5.30 pm (FC Concordia v AS Juniors Stars) and on Wednesday 2 September at 7.30 pm (AS Juniors Stars v Woolado).
