Capoeira Course

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines strength training, agility, creativity, acrobatics, music and singing, and which builds self-confidence and team spirit.  To round off the summer holidays, children can try out this discipline at a course organised in Grand-Case by Micka, a capoeira coach. Sessions will take place from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm on Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th, Wednesday 26th and Friday 28th August in Grand-Case, opposite Le Pressoir restaurant, in the car park by the Grand Moulin à Sel (please note, there will be no camp on Thursday). To round off the week, Saturday 29 August will be an adventure-filled day with a hike, a picnic and a trip to the beach, from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.
