The 2025 tax return campaign will begin on 4 May. Tax return forms are currently being sent out by post. If you do not receive one, you can download it from https://www.impots-saint-martin.fr

Once the form has been completed, dated and signed, it should be sent to the Saint-Martin Public Finance Centre (CF – PO Box 1084, Marigot – 97061 Saint-Martin Cedex) or posted directly into the letterbox (16 Rue Jean-Jacques Fayel, Concordia).
Anyone wishing to obtain assistance in completing their tax return may visit the Public Finance Centre in Concordia from 4 to 31 May, Monday to Friday between 8am and 12pm, or the France Services offices in Sandy Ground (on 5, 12, 19 and 26 May from 8.30 am to 12 noon) or Quartier d’Orléans (on 15, 22 and 29 May from 9 am to 12 noon).
For returns filed within the deadline, the first tax assessment notices or notices of exemption will be sent out by post at the end of August. Returns filed after Sunday 31 May will be subject to an automatic 10% surcharge.
