The “Cadres d’Avenir” scheme, supported by the local authority, aims to help young people under the age of 30 pursue high-quality training in mainland France, with a view to producing qualified managers who will contribute to the region’s development. Open to sixth-formers, university students or those returning to education, the scheme covers travel costs (one return journey per year), a monthly allowance of €808, a settlement grant of €800, as well as administrative, academic and career support. In return, beneficiaries undertake to return to practise in Saint-Martin within eight months of completing their training. To apply, applications must be submitted online by 16 June via the LADOM website (ladom.fr).
