Deadline for paying income tax: 2 October 2026!

The Collectivité of Saint Martin and the Saint Martin Public Finance Centre would like to inform taxpayers that tax assessment notices for income received in 2025 are currently being issued and, at the same time, that… the payment deadline is 2 October!  Every taxpayer should have received their tax notice in their letterbox by 15 September. However, if it has not arrived, you should request a duplicate from the Public Finance Centre by email – and exclusively by this method – enclosing a copy of your identity document: cfip.sxm.servicedesparticuliers@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr. The subject line of the email must be as follows: ‘Request for a duplicate income tax notice + ISMIR tax number + full name’.  There is therefore no time to lose in paying the amount due, as surcharges will apply after 2 October!
