CCTV: nearly 80 cameras to be installed

Prefect Cyrille Le Vély proceeded, on Wednesday 23 September, signed the decree (No. RAA-2026-288, published in the Compendium of Administrative Acts) authorising the roll-out of the CCTV system for the benefit of the Collectivité of Saint-Martin. This system, which involves the installation of 80 cameras, marks a long-awaited step towards enhancing security across the entire territory.
On this occasion, the State reaffirms its commitment, in close cooperation with the Collectivité’s departments, to ensuring the day-to-day safety of residents and the small businesses that form the backbone of its economy.
