Attitudes Mediation in Saint Martin

15 June 2026

On 25 and 26 June, the Attitudes Médiations charity is running drop-in sessions across the region. Based in Guadeloupe, the organisation offers support to families through mediation.

Dealing with a conflict or a break-up is never easy. To prevent a crisis or resolve one, Attitudes Médiations offers professional support. Family mediation allows you to address the difficulties you are facing in a confidential, neutral and impartial setting. The aim is to re-establish dialogue and seek practical, lasting solutions tailored to each individual. This approach can be used before, during or after a separation, but also in intergenerational conflicts, inheritance disputes or issues related to family restructuring. It involves a series of sessions. The association first offers a free, no-obligation information session; participation in each subsequent session is then calculated on an income-based sliding scale (from €2 per session per person). The association also offers a parent-child meeting space, a free and neutral venue designed to maintain or restore family ties when relationships have become strained. This service facilitates meetings ordered by the Family Court Judge or the Children’s Judge, arranged by the Child Welfare Services (ASE), initiated by the parents, or referred by a professional.  For further information, the association can be contacted by telephone on 0590 83 23 04 or 0690 37 25 37, or by email at attitudes.mediations@orange.fr.
