From 18 to 22 March, Saint Martin will be buzzing with the sounds of the SXM Festival. The music festival is celebrating its ninth anniversary this year and will welcome over eighty international artists.

Five days and five nights of dancing, from sunrise to sunset: that’s the promise of the SXM Festival. On the beaches of Happy Bay, Bamboo and Joa, electronic music will delight the thousands of visitors who, as they do every year, make the journey. Among the DJs performing at this year’s festival is the British artist Carl Cox, a true pioneer of the global techno scene. Fans of electronic music can look forward to a host of artists from all corners of the globe. Among them are the young French duo Amour Propre, the Spanish DJ and producer La Santa, and the Danish trio Tripolism.
To get the most out of the event, festival-goers can now download the FEST app. This mobile tool is available on the App Store and Google Play. Directly on their smartphones, attendees can find concert timetables, artist biographies, venue maps and even a personalised schedule generator to ensure they don’t miss any sets by their favourite DJs.
On sale via the Festival website, passes offer one-, three- or five-day access, ranging from €129 to €426. ‘Satellite’ events are also available upon booking. Residents benefit from reduced-price access, available at the festival entrance upon presentation of proof of address.
