The Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset celebrates professional excellence
The 2026 Professional Service Award presented by the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset aims to highlight professionals in the region who are working to build a more caring and supportive society. This year, the award was presented to six individuals.
The awards ceremony was held on 23 February at Carl's & Son in Cole Bay, bringing together Rotarians, local leaders, partners and guests to celebrate professional excellence, commitment to serving others and shared responsibility for building a better future for the island's youth.
This year's winners were Guillaume Gorlier, Leonardo Richardson, Jacques Hamlet, Alberto Brooks, Michael Granger, and Luciana Raspail. Each recipient was honoured not only for their professional achievements, but also for the way they use their skills, influence, and time to serve society. Several of them also play an active role in mentoring young people, supporting educational initiatives and guiding young professionals towards structured career paths. Their commitment illustrates that true success is measured as much by human impact as by professional achievements.
