The Saint-Martin Inter-Professional Consular Chamber (CCISM) and Transitions Pro Guadeloupe are extending their partnership. The two organisations have signed a new partnership agreement for the period 2026–2028, with the aim of providing better support to employees and businesses in their career development.

Training, retraining and funding solutions are available locally, but are still largely unknown to the general public. It is precisely on this point that the two partners wish to take action. Transitions Pro Guadeloupe supports private-sector employees in their plans to change careers or upgrade their skills. The CCISM, for its part, works closely with businesses and employees, guiding them through the process.

Enhanced guidance and grassroots initiatives

To reach a wider audience, the two organisations have planned several initiatives throughout the year and also intend to boost their visibility at local trade fairs and events. One of the objectives is to be able to direct employees to the right contacts, to help them understand the existing schemes and to provide practical support for retraining projects.
To this end, themed webinars will be organised every two months for employees, and in-person information sessions will be offered to businesses.
The CCISM teams will be specially trained to meet these needs.
The agreement also provides for the promotion of the CléA certificate, a recognised qualification that validates basic skills (reading, writing, digital literacy, etc.) and enhances the employability of the target groups.
