TGCA, IS, DLCP: returns can now be downloaded online
Businesses in Saint-Martin are advised to plan ahead for their tax obligations. The TGCA tax return forms, corporate tax (IS) and the Licence Fee and Business Tax (DLCP) will no longer be delivered to letterboxes and must now be downloaded from the Saint Martin tax authority’s website in order to meet the filing deadlines.
Tax return forms will no longer be delivered to letterboxes. Businesses are invited to download the forms for declaring the TGCA, corporation tax (IS) and the Licence Fee and Trade Licence Contribution (DLCP) from the website dedicated to taxation in Saint Martin, in order to fulfil their obligations within the required deadlines: https://www.impots-saint-martin.fr/
