Registration for summer courses is now open
The holidays are approaching and registration for summer camps is now officially open. To keep children occupied over the summer and give them the chance to try out new sports or activities, a number of organisations are offering activities throughout the holidays.
In the Quartier d’Orléans, Sandy Ground and Saint-James neighbourhoods, families can enjoy free activities organised as part of the 2026 Neighbourhood Holiday Programme. These activities will take place from 8 July to 7 August 2026, from 9am to 4pm. On the programme: games, team-building and pushing oneself to the limit. As for team sports, Soccer 5, located on Route d’Orient Bay, offers football camps supervised by a qualified coach. The first session is for children aged 6 to 9, from 6 to 10 July, followed by a second session for 10 to 13-year-olds, from 13 to 17 July. The sessions run from 9am to 4pm, featuring football, games, quizzes, craft activities and matches. Snacks, meals and surprises are also included. Prices vary depending on the package chosen. Sea lovers can also discover sailing with the Saint-Martin Voile pour tous (SMVT) club, which is organising courses for children aged 5 and over, from 29 June to 14 August, Monday to Friday. Participants can learn to sail in a safe and friendly environment. Two options are available: €100 per week for half-day sessions or €180 per week for full-day sessions, with a packed lunch to be provided. Sessions run from 9.00 am to 11.30 am and from 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm.

At Le Galion, the SXM Surf Club is running surfing courses from 6 to 26 July 2026, Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Children will be able to learn the basics of the sport, work on their balance and coordination, or improve their skills, and take part in a barbecue at the end of the week. The cost is €230 for five mornings. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp on 06 90 35 38 95.For children who want to learn whilst having fun, the Lamartine School offers mornings dedicated to French and maths, from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm, as well as afternoon workshops from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Finally, Paris Saint-Germain Academy Saint-Martin is also opening registration for its summer holiday camp in Marigot. Open to girls and boys aged 8 to 15, this camp runs from 8am to 4pm, from 6 to 31 July, with sessions running from 6 to 10 July, 13 to 17 July, 20 to 24 July and 27 to 31 July. The programme includes technical, tactical and physical exercises to develop each player’s skills.
