Cinema at Concordia
‘August at the Cinema’ is a chance to watch or rewatch films in the open air, with family or friends.
The event is organised by the Local Authority, in collaboration with the State and the National Centre for Cinema and the Moving Image (CNC). On the programme for this first screening in the car park of Thelbert Carty Stadium in Quartier d’Orléans: ‘Minecraft’ in English with French subtitles. *A Minecraft Movie* is the first film adaptation of the best-selling video game of all time. The characters are transported through a mysterious portal to an incredible cubic world that thrives on imagination. To return home, they’ll have to master this world and protect it from evil creatures such as Piglins and Zombies. Saturday 1 August at 7.00 pm (suitable for ages 10 and over).
