The French Red Cross National Days will take place this year from Saturday 23 to Saturday 30 May 2026. Every year, thanks to everyone’s generosity, they enable the organisation to continue its social and humanitarian work.
As the French Red Cross relies largely on public generosity for its funding, these National Days are a key event. Nearly 60,000 volunteers will be mobilised across mainland France and the overseas territories to engage with the public and raise awareness of the French Red Cross’s work. In Saint Martin, the funds raised will help support the work carried out by the Concordia day centre (and Hygiene Point) teams, as well as by the Mobile Social Intervention Team (EMIS), which reaches out to people in vulnerable situations. Throughout the year, these people can receive food aid, hygiene products, clothing, meals, as well as essential services such as access to showers and laundry facilities. This campaign is a key moment of solidarity, enabling support for initiatives carried out to benefit the most vulnerable people in the territory. The association’s volunteers give their time selflessly… the least we can do is give, even a little, so that their efforts are not in vain.
