FEBECS scheme: for young people under 30
FEBECS provides financial support for transport costs incurred in connection with educational, cultural or sporting exchanges. It gives priority to projects run by associations or schools.
This call for proposals is a renewed call and is aimed exclusively at young people under the age of 30 residing in the local authorities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, to cover their travel expenses in connection with cultural events or trips, language study trips, competitions or sporting events.
The scheme may cover the cost of air, coach, train and ferry tickets, and possibly car hire. Accommodation costs are not covered.
The application must relate to one or more journeys undertaken or planned during 2026. These may be journeys to mainland France or within the Caribbean/Americas region. For sports organisations, financial support may be available for official federation competitions and talent identification initiatives aimed at selection or integration into an accredited training programme. Organisations that have already submitted an application during the first 2026 call for projects are invited to resubmit their complete application. Applications must be submitted by Saturday 17 October to Florent.rosec@ac-guadeloupe.fr. Further
