Easter : Family Fun Day with Funtopia

Easter Egg hunting is a tradition you have to do no matter what your age is – well, the young do the hunting for the chocolate while the adults enjoy the total excitement of the young; newly hatched chicks, Easter Bunnies, Chocolate Easter eggs, hunting all equal fun for everyone.

Funtopia is holding a Family Fun Day on Sunday April 16th from 10am – 6pm at Emilio Wilson Park. Lots of fun stuff has been planned for the young ones to do – Adults arrive with your camping chairs and shade in the form of an umbrella. Everyone wear a yellow T-Shirt – this is in keeping with the colour of wee chicks.
Planned events include the Easter Hunt for ages: toddlers up to 4 years; 5 up to 11 years; 1 – 17 years; And Adults 18 +
There will be Wet & Dry Amusements including a bouncing castle with pool; slip n slide; trampoline; regular bouncy castle; photo booth; new virtual reality chair and more!

Contests with prizes for:
Most creative Easter Baskets: arrive with your special Easter basket, use a box or a basket, a plastic tub or whatever you can use that is imaginative – decorate with  papier mache, add ears, eggs, chickens or bunny, just get creative – you can do it!
Picnic area - make the picnic area you claim as your individual spot decorated in your style, keep to the theme and think outside the box!
There will be Live Performances from Funtopia entertainers including: mascot characters; the stilt walkers; the mime and of course the Easter bunny.
There will be delicious snacks, food and drink.
You can’t miss this event – the price is right: Get your tickets from Both Van Dorps / Funtopia office and members.
Children – per child $10 in advance / $15 at the gate
Adult $ 5 in advance / $10 at the gate.
Parking will cost $1.00
